When you received your Letter of Acceptance, you also received information about your Tuition Deposit. When you deposit, it confirms your intent to enroll at Concordia College. It also allows your personal Advisor to reach out to you and begin crafting your personalized, success plan!

Deposit Details:

$300 non-refundable fee ($500 for International Students) 
Applied to your first tuition bill 
Can pay via the form you received or online

Once you deposit, your First-Year Advisor will be reaching out to welcome you to Concordia! Our Advisors are friendly, knowledgeable and hard-working professionals who are selected specifically for YOU.  Whether you’re the first in your family to attend college, an exploring student,  a student-athlete, or an international student, you’ll be matched with the most resourceful guide and mentor as possible.

A small school like Concordia gives you the personal attention and dedication to success that every student deserves.  From the first day you set foot on campus through Graduation, the advisement you’ll receive will prove our commitment to your achievement and help you to succeed.





After processing your tuition deposit, a link to an online Housing Application will be emailed to you.  The application includes your living preferences and a short survey about your lifestyle to help match you with your roommate.Housing availability is limited and rooms are assigned on a first-come, first-serve basis, so don’t delay!


Concordia College offers students several options for on-campus living, with six residence halls featuring living arrangements to suit each student’s needs. They are safe and secure, with Resident Assistants always on hand for answers to questions, to provide support, and keep you up-to-date on information on student activities and other important campus issues. 



Concordia College offers two places to dine: The Commons or The Brickyard (in Lower Schoenfeld). Our dining services are provided by Chartwells and feature a wide variety of options.

Health & Wellness


Upon depositing, you will be mailed a Medical Health Form and immunization record as required by New York State. 

If you feel ill, require a lab test, or need a physical exam, our on-campus Student Health Center, located in Lower Schoenfeld, provides comprehensive primary care delivered by a Nurse Practitioner and Registered Nurse.  Our Wellness Center in Lower Sieker offers individual counseling and support groups, plus fun campus wellness events. 

Grab your


The Coop store is a Concordia College institution, having been an on-campus destination for students for over 100 years. The Coop offers unique Concordia-branded apparel and merchandise that is not available through our online store. It is located in the Schoenfeld Campus Center.

The Coop Store hours are M-F, 11am - 4pm.

The Coop is closed on weekends, except during alumni reunions or other major events such as Homecoming and Commencement.
