Guaranteed Acceptance with Successful Completion of Concordia's Engineering Pathway

Valparaiso University's highly competitive undergraduate engineering program was placed 18th in the nation by the 2019 U.S. News Best Colleges rankings. Concordia College New York offers students a guaranteed pathway to admission at that top engineering school - all within the small, supportive environment of Concordia College. Semesters 1 – 5 at Concordia include a variety of science, math and general education courses, plus summer courses at Valparaiso between the first and second years. Students who complete the five semesters with a minimum 3.0 cumulative grade point are guaranteed admission to Valparaiso University, where semesters 6 – 10 include advanced engineering classes and coursework toward a minor, plus project work, research, presentations and internships.

Guaranteed Acceptance to a Medical, Dental or Pharmacy Doctoral Degree Program with Successful Completion of Concordia's Biology Degree

The Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine (LECOM), is the nation’s largest medical college and a member of LECOM Health. Students complete their Bachelor’s degree in Biology at Concordia College to gain early acceptance to LECOM’s Osteopathic Medicine, Dental, or Pharmacy doctoral degree programs, offered on multiple campuses. LECOM graduates follow a traditional medical residency path, and go on to become primary care or specialist physicians. Interested future first-year applicants with a cumulative GPA of at least 3.5 and test scores of 1240 SAT/26 ACT are encouraged to apply through Concordia. The application process includes interviews with both colleges.
