Teaching, showing, and living
OUR FAITH

Anchored in a living Lutheran heritage, Concordia College cultivates a reverence for God through a faith-informed community life and ethics-infused curriculum.

Who we are.

Guided by our Christian faith and the Lutheran Church, Concordia College creates a welcoming space for religious expression. Here, students of all faith traditions - and no faith tradition - thrive in an atmosphere of mutual respect.

From morning reflections to student-led Bible devotions, mission outreach programs, service learning and creative worship, our faith-infused campus offers spiritual nourishment for all.

Faith in
ACTION

Concordia College students have many opportunities to explore and express their faith, from student-led Bible study and weekly interactive events with clergy, to weekend services in neighboring places of worship. Here are more ways we cultivate a reverence for God.

Morning Reflections

For twenty minutes each weekday morning, the Concordia community gathers for reflection and praise in a wide-ranging format.

Church
RELATIONS

Program for
LAY DEACONS

The Concordia Lay Deacon Program trains lay leaders for ministries of word and service in congregations throughout the Eastern seaboard from New England to Florida. The program is a collaboration between the East Coast Common Endeavor Districts of the Lutheran Church-Missouri Synod, and Concordia College New York.
