FINANCIAL CLEARANCE DEADLINE
Financial clearance for commencement must be completed with the Manager of Student Accounts by Friday, April 6. Financial obligations to the college must be met by Friday, April 27. This is a firm deadline; please meet with Denise Hopkins, Manager of Student Accounts before this date. Students who are not financially cleared will not be permitted to participate in commencement exercises. 

AUGUST AND DECEMBER 2017 GRADUATES
Students who graduated in August or December of 2017 are welcome to fully participate in the May 2018 Commencement. Please contact Theresa Depierro at (914) 337-9300 x2491 with any questions.  

Students participating in commencement will receive a diploma case. If you graduated in August or December of 2017 and have NOT yet received your diploma, please contact Theresa Depierro at (914) 337-9300 x2491. May graduates may pick up their diplomas in the Provost’s Office or have them mailed to them beginning Monday, June 11. Please contact Theresa Depierro at (914) 337-9300 x2491 if you would like your diploma mailed.

President and Mrs. John Nunes will host a Cap and Gown Pick-up Reception in the lobby of Schoenfeld Campus Center from 3:00 – 5:00 PM on Sunday, May 6. Sandwiches, dessert and coffee will be served. President Nunes and Monique Nunes look forward to personally congratulating you on this milestone. You will receive your cap and gown (yours to keep), 5 Commencement tickets, 3 complimentary meal tickets, and commencement ceremony instructions. If you cannot attend this reception, please pick up these items in the Provost’s Office (Feth Hall main level) weekdays between 9:00 and 3:00 PM beginning May 7.

Each graduating student will be given 5 tickets for commencement. Tickets must be shown at Meyer Athletic Center upon entry. Seating for each commencement exercise will begin 30 minutes prior to the ceremony. 

Graduates will receive 3 complimentary tickets for the Graduate Cocktail and Hors d‘Oeuvre Reception. Additional tickets may be purchased through Chartwells in the Commons. Tickets are $7 before May 9, cash or check only. Tickets will also be available on Commencement Day for $8.

No tickets required for the Celebration of Service. All students and families welcome. 

Parking is available at Sommer Center, in front of Romoser and Rippe Halls, on Rose Avenue east of White Plains Road/Route 22, and at the Meyer Athletic Center. Guests may be dropped off on the circular driveway in front of the college, but there will be no parking on the circular driveway. Handicapped Parking is available in front of Talbot House. Please note that if you do not have a handicapped permit, your vehicle will receive a $65 ticket. Please follow directions of parking attendants on Commencement Day. 

Throughout the May 10 and May 13 Commencement Days, a professional photographer will take candid photos of graduates and their families. These photos will be made available for downloading from this webpage in the days following commencement. Group photographs will also be taken after the commencement exercises. Please contact your program dean for additional information about group program photographs. 

Students from Concordia Portland and Concordia Nebraska: please consult your registrar and advisors to be cleared to participate in commencement. Contact Theresa Depierro at (914) 337-9300 x2491 for commencement tickets, and information on ordering your cap and gown.
