Adult Degree Completion: Keys to Getting it Done

December 6

6:30 pm - 8:30 pm

Pietruski Auditorium, Room 201, 2nd Floor of Scheele Memorial Library

The nontraditional college student’s journey to degree completion is a fascinating story!

  •  Why does the adult enroll in college for degree completion in the midst of a successful and full life?
  •  What is their motivation and inspiration?
  •  Why do they choose the Accelerated Degree Program (ADP) at Concordia College?

Dr. Nereida Quiles-Wasserman, Concordia’s Director of Institutional Research, Assessment and Compliance, and former Director of Admission for the ADP, will answer these questions and more. She will share the results of her doctoral research study which was conducted at Concordia with the ADP students during the summer of 2018.

Come hear their story…perhaps it is your story too, or that of someone you know. There will be time for questions and contributions to the conversation.

Light refreshments prior to event. Ample free parking.
