Indebtedness to the College:

If a student has not met their financial obligations to the College by Friday, May 2nd, they will not be allowed to pick up their cap and gown or participate in Commencement.  This is a firm deadline.

Diplomas:

When a graduate walks across the stage, they receive only a diploma case.  This is done to lessen confusion and eliminate any administrative problems.  Graduates will be able to pick up their actual personal diploma in the Academic Dean’s office two-to-three weeks after graduation, or they will be mailed.
