Concordia Announces Participation in the Enhanced Tuition Awards Program

June 22, 2017

Concordia College is pleased to announce its participation in the New York State Enhanced Tuition Awards (ETA) program which was passed into law earlier this spring. For the 2017-18 academic year, undergraduate students who are residents of New York State, whose families have an adjusted gross income (AGI) of $100,000 or less and who satisfy certain academic requirements are eligible to apply for a $6,000 tuition award for their studies at Concordia. Through the Higher Education Services Corporation (HESC) New York State will select the ETA recipients. The $6,000 tuition award for selected students will be reduced by any TAP award issued that year.

The application for the ETA can be accessed at hesc.ny.gov and should be available by the end of June. It will be available for 45 days only. Students are encouraged to sign up for email notification when the application is active. Details about the ETA program, including FAQs, are available on the same site. To register for email notification, click the “Enhanced Tuition Awards” on the HESC website and provide your email address in the “Enhanced Tuition Award Alert Form” section.
