A Christmas Carol

Concordia Conservatory presented its 7th annual holiday musical, A Christmas Carol. This one-act musical, with words and libretto by John Higgins, is based on the Charles Dickens classic. The all-community cast features 80 performers and stage crew, ages 7-18, from the Bronx, Bronxville, Crestwood, Eastchester, Mount Vernon, New Rochelle, Scarsdale, & Tuckahoe.

A Single Winter’s Day is a world premiere one act musical commissioned by Concordia Conservatory with sponsorship from The ASCAP Foundation and written by composer & Conservatory faculty Matt Van Brink. The ASCAP Foundation is dedicated to supporting American music creators and encouraging their development through music education and talent development programs. The ASCAP Foundation supports programs in all musical genres that are national and regional scope.
