Concordia College-New York is proud to be a member of the
The Common Application and the Universal College Application. We invite you to apply via either application method. Applications may be submitted online or by standard mail. Application fee is $50 for domestic students and $100 for international students.

Documents to Submit

In order to be considered for (First-Year) admission, students should submit the following documents:

• $50.00 application fee
• An application for admission (Common Application or Universal College Application)
• An official high school transcript
• SAT or ACT scores
• School report form (part of the application)
• A written personal statement
• Common App Supplemental Application or UCA Supplemental Application

Prospective students may apply online or print a copy of the application to send by mail.

Additional Information

• International Student Application for Student Visa
  International students must complete the application for a Student Visa (I–20 A–B) in addition to the standard application (Common and Supplemental Applications). The Concordia Office of Admission must receive the Common and Supplemental Applications for Admission before processing may begin for an I-20.
• English as a Second Language Program
  Program information and application.
• Concordia Connection Program
  Concordia’s unique program for high school graduates with diagnosed learning disabilities is tailored for those who have demonstrated the potential to earn a college degree. Additional documentation is required for application to this program.
• Adult Education Program
  The Adult Ed program focuses on adult students who can continue working while earning their degree in either Business Administration or Behavioral Studies. Small classes taught by working professionals create the best environment for academic and professional learning. To meet the needs of Adult Students, Concordia College offers the Accelerated Degree Program at night and on weekends.
• Nursing Program
  The nursing program is designed for students with a bachelor degree in another field than biology. This accelerated program begins each fall and runs full time for 15 months. Prerequisite courses are required as well as a 3.2 CUM GPA in undergrad program.
