Health Insurance

All students are required to have their own comprehensive health and hospitalization insurance. Those who do not provide evidence of health and hospitalization insurance prior to the beginning of classes will be required to purchase the college-arranged policy at a cost of approximately $120.00. This basic policy has a limit of $25,000, a deductible of $50.00 for each illness or injury and pays 80% of health care costs.

Brochures and enrollment cards are sent to all full-time students. Additional information is available at the Campus Health Center. The student-athlete, because Concordia is an NCAA member, is protected with a blanket Sports Catastrophic Accident Insurance policy. This one million dollar, $25,000 deductible policy protects against "catastrophic" injuries incurred while participating in intercollegiate athletics.
