Students at Concordia College visit theCareer Development Center for help with
employment and career assistance. The Center helps students arrange part-time work, connect with peer tutors, get help with a resume, or just “mull over an idea” with a counselor. Students enjoy the one-on-one attention and place to explore career paths and learn about job search tips. The College gives a high priority to supporting students’ preparation for life and career—evident by the number of students completing internships. The Center and the College’s many professional contacts continue to expand internship opportunities for students with corporations such as—Merrill Lynch, ABC, NBC, MTV, PepsiCo, Carnegie Hall, Smith Barney, CondeNast, the United Nations, and even internationally with the International Olympic Committee (IOC) in Greece! The Career Development Center is an exciting place—one that will help you map out your future.
Internships
Internships are a vital component of the Concordia Experience. Concordia partners with Internships.com to provide students the greatest access to relevant internships. Internships.com holds a range of opportunities in every area of study to help our students gain real-world experience that complements knowledge learned in the classroom. Students can search internships available internationally and those posted exclusively for Concordia students.
