Concordia Street Smarts
Concordia’s Education Program is nationally accredited by NCATE—founded in 1954, the oldest and leading national accrediting agency for teacher education programs. Only 39 teacher education programs in New York state are accredited by NCATE.
Concordia’s Social Work Program is accredited by CSWE. This accreditation enables graduates of the program to complete, in one year, their Masters in Social Work at any school that accepts advanced standing students. The New York State Social Work Education Association has recognized the incredible caliber of our students by electing 3 students, over the past 6 years, as student of the year.
- Concordia’s International Management Specialization was developed in consultation with business leaders.
- Concordia’s math team was awarded “meritorious” standing in the International Math Modeling Competition, the same rank as MIT, UCBerkeley, and Duke.
